Prices:
Caravan/camper van including all the facilities available £10.00
Camping in a family size tent sleeping from 3 to 6 persons including access to
site facilities except electric hook up		 £10.00
Two person tent with access to site facilities except electric hook up £10.00


Concise Terms & Conditions

1. Payment: Please book by telephone, stating how many nights you will be staying, payment to be made in full on arrival at the park.

2. Cancellation: Due to ill-health or unforeseen circumstances, we must be notified as soon as possible so that we can re-let the facility otherwise you will be charged in full for the advanced bookings.

3. Arrival: If you have a rough idea of your arrival time, please notify us, so that greeting arrangements can be made. If you are earlier or later than anticipated Ian & Sally can be contacted on: 01507 313231 or mobile: 07802309206.

4. Departure: On the day of departure please vacate the park at your earliest convenience to allow cleaners to tidy up.

5. Damage to property: We provide a meticulous service, so please report any damages so that the next visitors can appreciate our park at its best. Customers are liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.

6. Liability: We take every care to assess and ensure the property is a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our customers, however each visitor has his/her own duty of care for their own safety. We encourage you to be respectful and responsible at all times.

7. Payment: Please note we do not accept credit/debit cards. Cheques payable to J. B. Selby & Son
